The service department is excellent the part to complete the repair on my vehicle was not in stock and had to be back ordered but the service I received otherwise was excellent I highly recommend this dealership

My issue was resolved but then another issue arose which was my drivers electric door didnt recess back into door, and in turn my side view mirrors didnt fold in oh well
I have had repeated trouble contacting the service area or getting updates on progress, which is very frustrating. Service advisors phone takes messages on days he is off, rather than forwarding them to someone else.
I had a very good experience the service representative had great customer services skills they took my car in quickly the work was done in a timely manner cleaned thoroughly and before I knew it I was on my way.

We drove about 8 hours to trade-in our 2019 Acura RDX for a 2021 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 Coupe ( a hard to find color). The exterior paint was chipped, scratched and the front right corner looked like it had a brush with another vehicle or object. Obviously we could have walked away from the deal and in hindsight probably should have or renegotiated the price. Overall the folks were good to deal with, could have been a bit more transparent regarding the exterior.
