The service experience was excellent they address the issues I had and performed the required maintenance the one day turn around was a great convenience my service advisor kept me up to date on the progress of my service and was able to provide the best available pricing being offered the car is performing as expected and there are no issues with the service so far

Smooth and quick transaction
Overall my customer service rep, Yugin was great! However, I was less positive about the technical service. It took three trips to diagnose the problem of the fuel smell in my car's cabin. It still has a faint smell in my car. So, customer service was great, technical service was not so great
Jimmy and the sales manager for this met me more than half way on every request for information, details, and arrangements. Easy to make a down payment deposit to hold the car until i got my finances straight to buy it outright. First time I ever bought a car on line and via telephone conversations, but I pick it up in four days and am happy thus far.
Paul was great in sales and Chris Harris in financing was also great.
Did not set wiper arms correctly did not vacuum as promised
Took care of everything. We're friendly and knowledgeable.
