This was a great experience. Mike Obi was amazing. Good service is very important to me. After buying a very expensive car, the service should be impeccable, and Mike's customer-welcoming treatment and attention to detail were impeccable! My wait wasn't long, and I was very comfortable with the coffee and fresh pastry!
Imo was a good sales person. But one sale was final I felt like me concerns were taken as an irritation. I tried many time to get a hold of Bashir in the finance department and that made me feel unvalued. I called today in reference to some refund monies for gap insurance. I left a message and I'm yet to receive a return call.
Everyone at Land Rover of Alexandria was exceptional for that reason I purchased my second vehicle from them. The service you get is the the service you expect!!
