I was able to get an appointment the next day for an oil change and maintenance check. They suggested a wheel rotation which I had done. Picked my RR cheaned after three that day.
My Experience was Awesome! Fawad and the entire Team was Amazing!
This service resulted from my dissatisfaction from a service on 12/21/2023. I had specifically noted incident to that service that I was having difficulty starting the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle and weeks afterward it was obvious that nothing had been done to address the problem. The 01/26 service was the result . That service resulted in the problem being identified corrected and repaired. I cannot praise the advisor and mechanic enough.

This was a great experience. Mike Obi was amazing. Good service is very important to me. After buying a very expensive car, the service should be impeccable, and Mike's customer-welcoming treatment and attention to detail were impeccable! My wait wasn't long, and I was very comfortable with the coffee and fresh pastry!
