I honestly don’t understand how you can make an app worse and worse every single update. In addition harder to use… my recent transactions show for April. It’s October.
I never had problems until they started updating the app. Now I can barely get into my banking information. Reach out to customer support and they say to check it from their website which is fine but why have people download the app if most of the time you have to go through the website.
This app is down at least once a week. Really looking to switch banks at this point.
The app is garbage. I have all the alerts turned on and I do not get any notifications of any push notifications of transactions. The only way so get notifications is when I actually open the app. Use caution, if you don’t pay attention to your account transactions you might overdraft.
This app used to be good, now after their updates it wont let me login ever. I’m constantly trying to get into the app and it constantly says error or I get logged in and immediately get logged out. Extremely frustrating. My money is in there yet I can’t even get access to see what’s going on.
Checks take to long to clear my account
I keep getting a server error when trying to use Zelle after the new update yesterday. The error message is plain code and not user friendly at all to explain what the issue is or if the payment went through. Aside from that the mobile app is lacking in general features and style. The new webpage is much nicer and user friendly in comparison (but you can’t use Zelle there)
App is a joke… don’t waste your time. Have no idea why it’s rated so high. Has to be a fake rating.
