Excellent service every time I came in early for my 6 month service on my new Ford Focus I bought at Landmark. The Silver team did an excellent job of detailing exactly what would happen and the time frame I could expect. They were even able to start on my vehicle a little earlier than I expected. I will always be a Landmark Ford customer as I am treated the best when I visit. Thanks Landmark Ford for hiring such great people.

Airbag recall Very impressed with Ashley and my whole experience with Landmark Ford. Very friendly and the ease of it was wonderful. They found that I needed a new battery and brakes. They took care of everything and I picked my car up the next day! Great experience!
Christmas Eve Tire Adam from the Brown Team was a great help. My Mom was on her way down for Christmas when she got a flat. A wheel weight from a truck had kicked up off the road and went through the rear tire. She had just bought a new Explorer from a dealership up in Spokane and it had less than 1,500 miles on it. We took the tire to a local tire store and they could not patch the tire and did not have another to match. They could order it but would take ~5 days and was $100 more than what I looked up online. Great service you can trust I originally purchased my vehicle from Landmark in 2005. I have trusted their service department, (go Team Red) ever since and have never been disappointed. They are prompt and courteous and if for some reason I have an issue, which is rare, they make sure I'm totally satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
