Friendly and fast. Dropped my car off for service on my "new" used Ford Escape. James, my service adviser, met me at my car. My car was done quickly and when I went to pick it up, James let me know what they did to the car and let me know that everything looked good. He walked me into the building to the payment desk and I paid and was on my way! Nice, friendly service.
better than I thought came in to get a used truck, couldn't find what I was looking for. ending up buying a new 2018 F350 with all the extras I needed and then some. Ron was an exceptional salesman who took the time i needed and answered all my questions. Excellent buying experience! We went to Landmark Ford to compare new and used Ford Escapes. Our experience with both Charlie and Aaron was great! Both were courteous, not pushy like is so common at auto dealerships! We would definitely recommend Landmark Ford to friends searching for a new or used vehicle! Short and Sweet! My car was ready, my keys were ready, I picked up the car, and went home! It was easy, the people where I picked up my keys were hysterically funny, and the people at the front desk were so kind! Even as I waited for my car to be brought down, another person walked by and asked if I needed anything! I’d consider that great service!
