Short and Sweet! My car was ready, my keys were ready, I picked up the car, and went home! It was easy, the people where I picked up my keys were hysterically funny, and the people at the front desk were so kind! Even as I waited for my car to be brought down, another person walked by and asked if I needed anything! I’d consider that great service!
Replaced our 2003 Explorer with a 2018 They have a very good selection and excellent terms for financing. We replaced our 2003 Explorer that we purchase from Landmark 15 years ago with a 2018 Model.
Great guys to work with. After the purchase , Charlie made sure and took the time that we understood the operation of the vehicle considering it is nothing less than a space shuttle! Finance made sure we knew what was happening with the contract and explaining all the extra stuff we could purchase. Good Job!
Great Buying Experience The buying experience at Landmark was actually pleasurable. I initially contacted Landmark through e-mail, and let them know what I was looking for. Conan responded to me, and found several trucks that might interest me, along with up front pricing...competitive pricing. After finding what I wanted, the purchase was no hassle, no pressure. I got the truck I wanted, at a price that was fair. What more could you ask for?
Excellent place to Buy and get Service Recently, I noted that my original equipment tires were not holding up well. I dropped in to service right after lunch on one day and by the same time the next day, they had arranged with the tire provided to pay most of the replacement cost and had installed my new tires in time for a family trip. Again, they went beyond what they needed to do in order to provide excellent service. If you are in the market for a car or need service, I recommend Landmark without reservation.

Wonderful Experience! I’m an 18 year old first buyer, and Charlie took time to make sure I understood everything and made me feel so comfortable. Going in as a first time buyer, you feel super vulnerable but Charlie gave me everything I needed, and made sure to explain everything to me and make sure all my questions were answered.
