Excellent Service Mike Walker found the problem with my backup camera and had it replaced. My vehicle was still under warranty and it did not cost me anything but time. I have always received excellent service from everyone at Landmark Ford Lincoln dealership!

Charlie Wilson helped me out a ton! Little late to the party with this review but Charlie was super helpful when I went in to test drive a Ford Escape. He steered me toward a killer deal and went out of his way to make sure my peculiar purchasing needs were met.
Next step fishing boat. We bought our Lincoln mkz hybrid 3 years ago it has been perfect. So looking for something to tow our fishing boat won the battle over Jeep and Highlander. We are excited.

great service with fast responses I came in with a range of cars I might be interested in, Jeff Sleight grabbed some keys and off we went. Never felt pressured and he seemed to know when to step in and provide more info, or hold back. Not a fast talker and I greatly appreciated that. When I was ready to decide on some options it was Jeff’s day off, so he referred me to Darrin Nash. There was no time wasted and he found me my perfect car. It was in another state but they secured it for me & I had it in less than a week.
Consistency is the key I've been a Landmark service customer since we had a 1990 Probe, and I have never had better service anywhere. I believe this is a top to bottom commitment to excellence, from top management to the high school kid who drove me home when I dropped my car off.
