Helpful, engaging, great environment on a rainy day. My dad helped me find a new rig, saw one used on the internet that was located here, I liked what I saw so I went in to check it out. I got out of the vehicle I rode there in and jumped right into the truck for a test drive. The paperwork process took longer than usual I’m guessing, the computers were on the fritz but overall it was worth the wait. Went from beater to beauty just like that. They will work with you and your situation as far as financing and money wise.

I recently bought a used car from Landmark Ford. I have been a customer of Landmark Ford for over 10 years. I had my 2007 Ford Focus serviced there on a regular basis. It had around 250,000 miles on it. In talking to Mike Walker, of the Red Team I asked about the use car dealership at Landmark. He referred me over there, and I talked to Ron Burson. Awesome zero pressure process. I had the privilege of working with Charlie on my recent lease for a Ford Explorer Sport. I arrived just before closing but that didn't seem to matter. Charlie walked me through my options and worked with me to find the best fit for my needs. He treated me like an old friend and it really made the process top notch.
