Friendly and no pressure The sales team was friendly and professional. I was greeted promptly, asked how I could be helped, and offered a beverage while I waited for Ronald (he was on a test drive with another customer). excellent service I began using Landmark in the late '90s to service my Grand Marquis. In June '17 I was forced to move on and checked the Landmark used lot and bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from Landmark.
Great customer service Customer service is excellent. It is given sincerely with a smile and no "attitude". When you arrive to have your car serviced, you are told approximate reasonable wait time. The car is done on time or sooner.
Great experience, not pushy We visited to decide on which Ford Explorer we liked better. Jeff pulled both versions next to each other so we could move between them and compare. He was patient with us while we insisted both of us test drive both versions to compare how they handled.
