Best Ever! I have never had such a fun, no pressure, rewarding car shopping and buying experience! I went to a few dealerships and was so turned off by the sales staff that I didn’t even consider the vehicle. Charlie was the exact opposite. Low key, funny, and someone who I truly believe has the best interests of their clients at heart. He was extremey knowledgeable about multiple Ford products and really listened to our needs.
