Exceptional buying experience From start to closing this was a very smooth sale. It was a pleasure to work with a sales person who knows his product and inventory. When our new SUV became available for pickup we closed the deal and I was driving home in less than two hours
Rapid in/rapid out - all work ok. I was cheerily greeted, invited to the lounge with available coffee, had a private desk to work and every employee smile. Landmark does it right!
Best experience ever! Jeff was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He was willing to show me all of the things that the vehicle to do. Jeff took me on a test drive on some very hilly terrain to show me what the truck was capable of. I did most of the driving on this test drive, just taking directions from Jeff as to where to go. Jeff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend him to any friend that's looking to purchase a vehicle.

Excellent Follow-Through and Customer Service Have had several positive experiences over last five years with Landmark Ford. Diane Pohl in Sales is excellent, knowledgable and does her job with not pretense or "flim flam".... I highly recommend Diane for regular inventory or special orders. Last minute appointment Due to Landmark's late service hours I was able to get my truck in for a last minute appointment. I also appreciate the shuttle service.
