Landmark Ford speaks the language of Automobile I have preferred this dealership over many others since owning my 2002 SVT Focus. The tech writer Mike Walker speaks straight and has always resolved my issues effectively at a competitive price when outside of warranty. The sales dude Jim Warner knows all of the products in detail, and the sales price when we have purchased or leased in the past have always been fair and competitive. The best you can get... really! Seriously, I expected some push back on getting warranty service done but Kyle and his staff take amazing care of me on every visit. They know what they are doing and do great work that's done right every time. Highly recommended, they are the reason I'll probably continue to buy Ford for years to come knowing that I will get great service here!
Mike walker and the Red Team - EXCELLENT Mike Walker and his Red Team continue to provide excellent, quality, fast and friendly service. Before I met Mike Walker many years ago I saw different service advisors at different dealerships, mostly Ford and Honda brands. Mike is definitely the best advisor I have ever worked with. Landmark came through again I had to make an emergency stop at a Ford dealership while on the road hauling a trailer. Landmark was the closest Ford dealer and they also happened to be the dealer I purchased the vehicle from 10 1/2 years ago (2004 F-350). Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to squeeze me in within a few hours and got me up and running. They even had a shuttle service take me home and come pick me up when the truck was ready... great service!
Fantastic experience My family has been long time landmark ford customers and I am so happy to be back, Rex did an amazing job with helping me to find a vehicle that suited me needs. He took the time to explain features if the car and also offered to find me one in a different color if I wanted. Although the hole process was long it was enjoyable, I will definitely recommend Rex and landmark ford to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle.
Low pressure and courteous service Darrin Nash, the sales representative with Landmark impressed me with his professionalism, low pressure approach to sales. Despite our sales did not finalize this time (not from bad service, but simply from could not find the car that I really want) he remained helpful, friendly and patient and tried hard to look for my ideal car. I would recommend others to work with Darrin at Landmark ford.

There were a couple of times that initially we weren't happy with the service. But, our concerns were resolved to our satisfaction without hassel. My husband and I are married 43 years now.
