We worked with Jim Warner to purchase our 2013 Flex. He assisted us with ordering the exact one we wanted at a very good price. When it arrived, it had 4 miles on it, and it was in perfect shape. We found the whole experience to be great. Rex got back to us immediately when we contacted him and provided us with all the information we needed for the purchase and more. I drove to Landmark Service without having an appointment after experiencing unusual - apparently electrical charging system - problems with our 2011 Fusion Hybrid. Mike Walker and the Red Team took care of our car immediately and within 30 minutes I had a diagnosis: bad wiring harness. Parts were ordered and the next day I was able to pick up the car.
