Landmark Succeeds Again! I have been buying and servicing my Ford vehicles at Landmark Ford for 22 years now, and this past weekend we purchased a 2015 Escape 4WD. The experience from test drive to receiving the keys and driving it home was flawless. Jim Warner has sold me my last two Ford vehicles, and I have purchased many from the fine sales staff there. Superb Experience I arranged initial contact through the Costco Auto Program. My salesperson, Charlie Wilson was very prompt and sent an e-mail within the hour. I found him to be very competent and knowledgeable and he was able to answer all questions. At the dealership, Mr. Wilson was meticulous, going over all aspects of the 2015 Explorer Limited that I purchased. He was thoroughly prepared, prompt, and very likable in his easy going way. I would highly recommend Landmark Ford and Mr. Wilson to others.
No Worries Dealing With This Dealer Diane Pohl, Internet Manager, made the process of buying a new Mustang easy. I told her what I wanted, she gave me a fair price. I gave her a deposit to get a factory order started. Quick and easy! The only hard part was the waiting for delivery!
Great experience buying a new car This last weekend I bought my fourth car from Landmark Ford. That should tell you something about how satisfied I have been with their sales and service. Brand new Fiesta After spending countless hours and dollars keeping my wife's car repaired, I decided to take my colleague's advice and buy her a new car. I wanted something small, with a manual transmission, and had a few models in mind from various brands. I sent out some pricing inquires for Honda, Toyota, VW and Ford. Great Experience Received everything I wanted, plus additional help to purchase on first visit. Great trade, great sales staff, great Escape in the garage. Sorry about the brief comments. I misunderstood the directions and thought I had to stay under 25 words. However, I have nothing more to add. Buying a car from Landmark was surprisingly easy and economically productive.
Wonderful customer service! After an awful weekend of shopping local dealerships, I tried my luck on Edmunds. I was inundated with emails and phone calls from area dealers showing me close to what I wanted, but not exactly. That is, until Charlie emailed me.
