Rex DeMellio was a breath of fresh air......unfortunately in this business, over-anxious sale persons tend to constrain clients into making decisions that should be left for another time....NOT SO at this dealership. We were allowed the personal space to make the right decision for our transport needs. Rex was kind, and respectful, & honestly fun to interact with. His knowledge of the product was spot on. We recently purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from Diane Pohl, Internet Sales Manager. The experience we enjoyed during the purchase of our vehicle was excellent in every way! It was a real pleasure dealing with Rex we never felt preasured to buy and he definately new everything we asked about the car. another thing i really appreciated was he always got back to us when he said he would.

I feel Les and the Business Manager Aaron Weeks handled our business very well. It was not their fault it took so long because of computer problems. We are very satisfied with our visit and the E Van we purchased is great. Both employees, I believe, are an asset to your company. They are friendly and very personable people. Both are very good at their respective jobs and knowledgeable.

My boyfriend stops by this dealership all of the time to check out the Mustangs. One year ago, I really wanted a new Ford Edge so we went to this dealership. My boyfriend, Kris, really liked CJ McNulty as he felt he was friendly, knowledgable and seemed trustworthy. Unfortunately, last year, I decided that I had to wait at least one more year. Charlie was patient kind and had great follow up. We fell in love with Jered and the orange team on previous vehicles. We had Tom closing the deal and wa also very nice. One item to note the gal at the front door is very agry looking and did not treat me very well. All others were terrific.

Went in to look at an used F150, but received such a great deal on my trade in and price reduction on a new F150 that we drove away within 3 hours in our new "Chrome Raptor" (not really a Raptor, but...) Charlie (internet sales) and Robert (business manager) bent over backwards to seal the deal and we are very pleased. We've bought a lot of vehicles at many dealers--we highly recommend Landmark.
