Angela, and Kelley in the body shop were very helpful, and communicated with me throughout the process. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the parts offered from Ford. 5 Star : My Experience I live at the coast and was told that the repairs would take 5 working days to repair. I needed to rent a car for 7 days. They said they would try and have it done sooner. James did get the work done in 3 days saving me rental money and the repairs came in a little under bid. I appreciate the effort they took. I am satisfied with the work. I did feel the cost of repair was more than I expected. I have bought 3 cars from Landmark, the main reason has been the great service work.
