We were very excited when we toured this community. It looked beautiful and the staff seemed to be very nice and friendly and we felt very comfortable leaving mom her while we were out of town. However, the experience turned out to be horrible. Mom was ignored by the staff the whole time she was there. We were promised that someone would go get her for meals which never happened the only way mom made it to any meals was her roommate's private aide took her down for meal time.
