They starved her. She was so malnourished and dehydrated. The activities are nonexistent. Never enough help. No one wanted to work. Lost lots of her clothes.

They hardly feed the ones who need help. We moved her out hopefully just in time to save her life. She lost so much weight and she was dehydrated and malnourished and on too many meds that we didn't know about. They are always very understaffed and you should never send anyone there.

We picked this community, because of the location and price. The workers are not held responsible for their actions. They did not care about my loved one.I would not recommend this community.I wouldn't let my dog stay there. They can improve by having a caring and sufficient staff.

I certainly would want others to know that the hands-on day-to-day staff that interacts and care for residents are amazing - they truly care and know everything about my mom. I am able to speak with them and get quality information about what is going on. We have issues with the management and finance department- there is a lack of consistent and regular communication. I find out a lot of things after the fact. There is also a lot of discrepancies with charges and a delay of recouping those charges as well.

Our mother was here in their Memory Care facility from [dates removed] 2018 and we did not have a good experience here. Beware. The management cares more about the bottom line than for the care of the residents. They do not have care and activities tailored around the resident's individual needs and preferences, but instead they have blanket rules for everyone, regardless of their capabilities. The facility looks very nice. The staff are friendly, seem caring, and are kind to residents. If your family member needs oxygen monitoring or management, this is NOT the place for them. Our main priority in choosing this facility last August, was oxygen management and monitoring. We were assured they were capable of providing this service. We were very excited when we toured this community. It looked beautiful and the staff seemed to be very nice and friendly and we felt very comfortable leaving mom her while we were out of town. However, the experience turned out to be horrible. Mom was ignored by the staff the whole time she was there. We were promised that someone would go get her for meals which never happened the only way mom made it to any meals was her roommate's private aide took her down for meal time.
