I made an appointment with Kelly friendly to tour their facility. I told Kelly in the meeting, did not need this type of care at this time, I just wanted to pay the facility, what is offered & living space. Kelly was so gracious and knowledgeable taking lots of time to show me all their area and the senior living there – all were clean, everyone well dressed, interacting – joyful!!

The facility was well maintained and exceptionaly clean. Vicki [Removed], Move-in Coordinator gave us a tour of the facility and answered all our questions thoroughly and clearly. She took time to show us the various floor plans so that our Mother could be right at home. The staff welcomed us warmly, and we were treated as family. Mom has been here 6 weeks and has made good friends with other residents and staff. I feel very confident that mom is receiving great care by skilled and knowledgable people. I love that mom is close to my home and that staff keeps me up-to -date on my mom's health and outlook.

My mother and step-father recently moved to WaterCrest, they are thrilled and I am very happy. I live in Louisiana and helped them relocate at a distance with the assistance of Rebecca. Could not have done this without her!

I'm very impressed. They have worked to get my mother active. They have her involved in activities. They had a resident council, which I thought was very good. The residents were able to input their opinions. It was good to know that they were getting the residents opinions, instead of just the staff. Overall, I am very impressed with this facility. My mother is thriving here. I would recommend this facility without a doubt.

They are friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They are new so they have some kinks to work out, but they are very available to help out with those. They just hired a new activity director, so they really haven't had that many activities. I really like them, it's very nice and clean and my mother likes it too.

Great place, and great staff. The Isle of Watercrest- Alamo Ranch, is a new business that has a great staff to patient ratio. The place is amazingly clean, and looks more like an upscale hotel than an assistant living and memory care unit. The Isle of Watercrest-Alamo Ranch has a great memory care unit, which is a secure area for the patients care and safety. Great staff, and care for residents. Memory care unit is fantastic. Very safe and secure. Very nice. Recommend very highly.

All the daily care givers are really good to my mom. They have had huge turnover and weeded out the bad ones. The food is bad. They have hired a new chef. All the management has turned over in the last few months. Maintenance is a joke. They have entered med orders incorrectly. Thank goodness it was nothing that would have hurt her. It's been interesting to say the least. I do think they are trying to improve so we will see.
