I love the apartments and the community areas. This is assisted living at it's best. Unfortunately this is kind of far out there to be easily accessible by all of my siblings for visitation.

I went on a tour here and it was fairly decent. They were nice and helpful and answered all of my question’s. They allowed pets here. We looked at an apartment that had a dog and they said they were going to clean it. It was more expensive we thought but after it was all said and done probably wasn’t that bad. We did chose elsewhere.

This place was really nice and brand new. It was very impressive. The tour was nice and they answered all of my questions. It was just very big.

I recently toured this community, I was amazed at all the great staff they have. The community offered things for my loved one that no one else did. I will be moving my parents in from out of state and they cant wait!!!

I recently moved my father in to this facility. The staff were amazing! Everyone is nice and they are super helpful! I looked at a lot of places and this one shined with the care & love I wanted to see for my daddy. He has been so happy since he has moved in. He has made friends and even joined there water aerobics classes they have two times a week!! My dad has not been this happy in years! Thank you Isle At watercrest for giving me my father back!!!

Mom had a good respite stay at this community. The staff were nice. I did think the staff to resident ratio seemed a little on the lite side. She liked some of the daily activities. The community is beautiful. She liked the food and they offer healthy choices. The other residents seemed happy. This community is located in a congested area near a large movie theater.

I enjoyed speaking to friendly staff and taking the time to show us the community. They acknowledged my questions and provide me with good information. I had to take into consideration is was mixed with assistant living and I was looking for something more directed to Memory Care.

My 93 year old mother went here for a two week respite stay while I was out of town. I felt very safe with her there, she felt safe and comfortable. She said the food was great. It is served restaurant-style...menus, linen tablecloths, etc. Caregivers come to the room to assist in getting to/from meals and activities. They will bring meals to the room for a service charge, but the goal is to have residents get out of their rooms and see and/or interact with others. Games and activities are offered. I made an appointment with Kelly friendly to tour their facility. I told Kelly in the meeting, did not need this type of care at this time, I just wanted to pay the facility, what is offered & living space. Kelly was so gracious and knowledgeable taking lots of time to show me all their area and the senior living there – all were clean, everyone well dressed, interacting – joyful!!
