This community had multiple floors. We were disappointed. It didn't seem the person giving the tour was as caring as she could've been.

Landon Ridge looked like a really nice facility. The reason we did not go with them was because the sales director was pushy and I felt pressured. I knew it was not going to be the right fit for my loved one.

This community is very good and we have been satisfied here. They are very caring and responsive with the residents as well as the families. They were very compassionate overall. They made this community feel like home as much as they could.

We did a virtual tour with Landon Ridge and felt they did a great job. We liked everything we saw and thought it seemed like a good fit, but we clicked with another facility more.

I do think they care. Everyone I've met has been very nice and helpful. Overall the facility is very clean, but my loved one's room is not done as well. The food here is pretty good. There are activities and things to do if the residents are so inclined. My loved one has done some outings he enjoyed quite a bit, but he's not the bingo type. One thing I really love about Landon Ridge is they allow pets, and they have a fenced-in pet area where he can take his dog. It's an excellent community. I visited several before deciding on this one, which was the best. It was also the most expensive, so it was a difficult decision for us, but we feel like it's worth it. I like the atmosphere here. Its uplifting, with a beautiful interior, and really pretty outdoor grounds. Other places we looked at just seemed kind of sad. Landon Ridge has been a great community, the care services had been great they have done everything we have asked and needed. They do offer a lot of activities, however our loved one just doesn't always participate in them,

They have friendly staff and friendly service. My dad's apartment is good and clean. The food is good with variety. They have resident meeting for menu input. The only thing is that I wish certain assisted living amenities were included . They are available but they cost extra. I chose this community because its location is close to my house, affordability, and it is the community that my dad liked best.

Tour was very easy. Placement of activities was very well understood. Room sizes adequate. Location means everything for family. In house caregiver availability was a plus!
