In sales, Rick Metcalf is one high quality salesperson to work with..did whatever was required, at times above and beyond, that resulted in the sale of a 2018 G90. Ashley Ray has been my service representative for the past 4-years. Every interaction has been positive and, her abilities to assure customer satisfaction is a clear reflection of her professionalism and a positive influence on LHM's service business. I hope she is part of the new LHM's Genesis brand in the future.

We recently purchased a GV80 and worked with Vohn and Renee. I can sincerely say it was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. Vohn communicates very well and kept in touch with us when we were looking for a 'unicorn' combination of colors and packages on our car. I found the vehicle I wanted online and contacted LHM Genesis. They responded right away and set up an appointment even though the vehicle had just arrived (still covered in shipping plastic. The attention, buying experience, and finance team were great. No news to me, since this was my third purchase from them. Now we have a 2022 GV70 and 2023 GV80 in our garage. See this team if you are on the market for a Genesis. NO MARK UPS!. Scottsdale and Gilbert had $5,000 added to MSRP’s. 100% satisfied.

Jordan Smart & Richard Metcalf were absolutely wonderful. In fact blew me away with the whole deal. We had some issues with the GV80 coming in from Korea many delays due to covid crap. In the end I was more than just happy. My wife and I hugged the financing gal Renee on our way out. Just a get bunch of people that you would love to do business with. FYI, I live 2 miles from Scottsdale Genesis. If that tells you anything? Keep up the good work and for sure I'll be back.
