Excellent service from buying the car at LMH to getting it serviced. I have a Genesis dealer very close to me BUT I choose to make the extended trip to Larry Miller because of their customer service. Ashleigh and Josh in the service dept. did a very nice job.

My wife and I have been putting off buying a new car mainly because we hate dealing with the sales people. We called the Larry Miller dealership and we’re lucky to get Marisa to help us. Marisa was very friendly, amazingly knowledgeable, and most of all, efficient. She answered all of our questions and pointed our all the features of the various Genesis GV80 models without any pressure or sales gimmicks. This was my first visit to this dealer. I had an appointment to buy my G80 out of lease. We arrived early for our appointment but Marisa who walked us throug the initial paperwork, then took us to the lounge to wait until finance was free. Shortly later we saw the fonance officer. He jad all papers ready. We completed the purchase. We left in less than two hours, owing our G80 freshly washed, serviced, and vacuumed. Everyone was helpful, informed, and pleasant. Wanted to jot a quick review which I rarely do unless I've had a bad experience. But the dealership was very friendly, met my needs and was gracious to do so. Most of all, in these times, I Have to say they are a DEALERship and NOT a STEALERship. they are among the few that believe in doing business the same in good times and in bad - meaning no inflated market adjustment fee that most dealerships are charging just becuase they can rip customers off in the times we are in. LHM not only doesn’t mark up their vehicles but the finance department is a no pressure experience (awesome job Jeff). My salesman (Seger) did a good job under the circumstances and I received my 2023 GV70 they way I wanted it. Overall was a good experience, good luck in the new building LHM.
