Ashley is the reason I will be going back to this Larry H Miller Genesis dealership. She got me into the service time slot, even though the system did not function properly, by plugging in my time slot . You can’t please everyone, but she’s easy to work with.

Ashleigh did a great job for us. first of all, i had scheduled our appt at 8:40, my bad, I meant 9:40. No problem for Ashleigh; we came in at around 9 ish, she had our "loaner" waiting, and it only took a few minutes to handle the 'loaner' paperwork. She was attentive and took the time when our GV80 was ready to have it cooled (temps today 110). I've seen some of the critical comments here and these people need to get a life. I will continue to work with Ashleigh

This was the first time dealing with Larry Miller Genesis, Peoria and we were absolutely blown away with the service. We love our new GV70. It was there and ready when promised. Our Client Advisor, Hunter Wood, explained everything about the SUV, was very knowledgeable, and pleasantly patient with all of our questions. It was well worth the trip from Tucson to buy from this dealership.

We put down a deposit for our new 2023 GV80 and Pat Bria kept in touch with us on when it would arrive. It did actual arrive a bit earlier than first estimated, which was a pleasant surprise! We picked up new GV80 on 6/22/22 and started to take it home, but after stopping for lunch, my husband noticed some damage under the front bumper. My whole experience was extremely positive. I contacted them through email first, and I got a quick reply. We emailed back-and-forth, and the person helping me was very easy-going and answered my questions. When I got to the dealership, I took my car out for a test drive.
