I live a long way from your dealership and understood I was bringing it in to get the computer fixed for remote phone start. It was also scheduled for service. They completed the service in a very timely manner but they did not even order the part for the computer which they said they would have on hand when I came in. Now I have to make another trip back all the way to your dealership. I am frustrated that the repair that was needed and is covered under warranty wasn’t even addressed and the part was not ordered.

I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car. . Austin Tafoya was my sales rep and he was awesome... The necessary repair was correctly accomplished and a reasonably good car wash was done. I felt rushed to sign and leave, every comment I made or question I asked was interrupted or dismissed. The owners manual says the very expensive tires should be rotated at 8000 miles. I asked why this wasn’t done at the first service and was told we don’t do that. Now over 17000 miles and still not done even once? Does the dealership have the right to simply decide to not do a particular part of the documented required services? Guess I... read more
