LHM Genesis Peoria is always incredibly attentive and staff are very courteous and provide great customer service. My Genesis GV60 had a recall, and as promised the service appointment was a breeze. They brought a rental to me and picked up my car. They even had to keep a few extra days with no complaints as I went out of town. Joshua Wells kept me informed the entire time they had my car.

This dealerships is very busy but very accommodating and Josh was very kind and caring and honest
Josh Wells was my agent and he did a wonderful job for us. He told us he would take care of us, and he did exactly that.
Since there are only limited Genesis dealer, expect that it might take sometime even just for oil change but the staff are nice.
