Everything was great. Lauren was VERY PROFESSIONAL but yet we could talk about small things like the weather, lock downs etc, even if it was for a few minutes. She is a VERY nice person, and one reason I went with Mutual of Omaha. The Other reason is I'm from Nebraska originally and like the company..
