Lauren was great. The process was a bit grueling with constant emails asking for more and more data , sometimes duplications. The process was much more intensive than when I refinanced the last time. Covid procedures, I was told I would have rated the overall process as Good if the survey gave that as a choice, with qualifications as mentioned.
