There were changes in fees which were not explained until inquiry was made. Requested settlement sheet prior to settlement not received. No up front instructions on how to handle closing costs. Getting an appt at a bank to send a wire during COVID often requires a few days notice. We settled at 7pm and were told we were required to wire funds immediately the next morning or were threatened that we would lose our rate lock.
