Lauren was always very professional. She was easy to get hold of and always returned phone calls promptly. The whole transaction was easily completed when refinancing our home. The paperwork was fairly easy to complete and email back and forth. Lauren helped with the whole process. If I had a minor complaint it would be on the delay in getting my cash out proceeds in a timely manner. Lauren says she told me when they would be deposited including delay for holiday etc, and she did not.

I have had many home loans.... some on line but most locally. I have NEVER had a easier or better experience! Lauren was pure pleasure! Fun to talk to but more importantly, everything went exactly like she said it would. No bait and switch and the interest rate I was given was outstanding. Many of the documents were e-sign and they sent a notary to my house for the final paperwork. I recommend Lauren 100%! I wish there was room to say more!!!
