DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM! You will be taken advantage of and spend at least 2 times what they say! They are incompetent and have absolutely NO INTEGRITY! I was getting an UNCONTESTED guardianship for my son that took 14 months and paid substantially more than it should. This malpractice and negligence has me warning you. Take your money to a reputable law firm because this law firm is not it.

We hired Bryan Fagan to do a simple uncontested probate case that should have cost no more than $5000.00. Over four months and $8300.00 later we had to fire him for not even completing the initial steps in the process. He just kept sending bogus invoices without actually doing any work at all. We had to file a temporary restraining order just to stop him from stealing more money and we’re having to sue him to get our money back at further cost to us. Brian Fagan is a complete scammer. Beware of Bryan Fagan!

I went thru a divorce with one house, no kids, one mediation which my Fagan atty ****** ********was 'zero' help and they charged me just under $40,000 by the time they were done nickle & diming me to death. A horrible experience from the people that are suppose to be helping you through your horrible experience. The worst of the worst.

Wishing the reviews and complaints were read prior to hiring them as representation during a divorce. They expect timely payments or threaten to withdraw your case, but they don't give the same courtesy to their clients. Began the process mid August and now in December with a lot of excuses but an absorbent amount of charges, we are the ones calling to follow up and get charged as soon as you call or send an email with the same excuse.....haven't heard anything. Not sure where to start. From the absolute lack of communication to the constant cash grab...this place is horrible. You can never get a hold of anyone in the Kingwood office as well as anyone in the finance office. They charge you for every phone call or email when you do actually get in contact with someone. They told me this case would be about $5,000 but not much more than that. The cost has tripled . I made a payment plan with ****** and my lawyer while in a meeting about my case. I hired the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC to handle an uncontested probate for my late sister-in-laws estate in early 2025. From the start, communication was inconsistent and the process was repeatedly delayed. If i could leave a zero to the 100th power i would these epeople are a joke they set yuo a 30 min consultation to go over fees and they had taken the 1250 deposit i put down then tried to bill me for things they did not do after the sonsulation with the fees explained i emailed and told them i no longer want them to repeesent them they started invoicing fake billing! Im going to put a class action law suit on them this is terrible!!
