I will definitely be using them again.

Bryan Fagan's Law office collected my $3000 retainer without informing me they had a consultation with my ex husband. They collected $12,000 from me and then they stepped off my case when the conflict was presented in court. When I asked if it was known that he had a consultation, they gave me the run around and no one ever gave me a straight answer. I 100% do not recommend this law firm.

Very dissatisfied with this law firm.my first attourney did not show up for court.******* ******* was then appointed and she was very half ***about everything. My case was settled over a year ago and turns out she didnt send the paperwork in to the ***. Now my passport is Revoked and I have 40.000 dollars showing on my credit report for unpaid childsupport. I had a simple probate case and we have not been to court yet. We are at $8000 now and not close to being done. Has anyone filed suit against how they practice and not communicating among other issues? If someone has any suggestions on how to fight back please let me know.

I would not use this firm. They lie and overcharge you. I was originally told that there would be a $5k retainer or $2500 down and $700 a month starting June 30Th. Well, I was being charged billable hours from the beginning. Never touching the trust of $2500 for over a week. In less than 1 month we have paid $13k. It is almost 3 weeks since I did a plea deal and we are still getting charged thousands of dollars! Supposedly, my case is still open! Worst law office I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid ******* ******* at all costs. She did very little work on my case and was unprepared during court proceedings, judge kept correcting her which was extremely concerning. I left feeling that she didn’t have a clear understanding of my case or how to effectively represent me. The consequences of her representation have had long-lasting effects that will take a significant amount of time and expense to fix. The billing was also a mess. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM! You will be taken advantage of and spend at least 2 times what they say! They are incompetent and have absolutely NO INTEGRITY! I was getting an UNCONTESTED guardianship for my son that took 14 months and paid substantially more than it should. This malpractice and negligence has me warning you. Take your money to a reputable law firm because this law firm is not it.

We hired Bryan Fagan to do a simple uncontested probate case that should have cost no more than $5000.00. Over four months and $8300.00 later we had to fire him for not even completing the initial steps in the process. He just kept sending bogus invoices without actually doing any work at all. We had to file a temporary restraining order just to stop him from stealing more money and we’re having to sue him to get our money back at further cost to us. Brian Fagan is a complete scammer. Beware of Bryan Fagan!
