I received a letter stating explicitly stating your team and you worked on my case tireless, to reduce stress and hardship on me which did not happen. You switched attorneys on me more than once causing lack of knowledge, more time spent on case, and increased/unwarranted costs not on my part. Even in court, the attorney was unprepared when I was awarded attorney's fees to present this to the judge and I was not awarded the fees in an amount anywhere close to the amount due to an unprepared attorney.
