I went thru a divorce with one house, no kids, one mediation which my Fagan atty ****** ********was 'zero' help and they charged me just under $40,000 by the time they were done nickle & diming me to death. A horrible experience from the people that are suppose to be helping you through your horrible experience. The worst of the worst.
Wishing the reviews and complaints were read prior to hiring them as representation during a divorce. They expect timely payments or threaten to withdraw your case, but they don't give the same courtesy to their clients. Began the process mid August and now in December with a lot of excuses but an absorbent amount of charges, we are the ones calling to follow up and get charged as soon as you call or send an email with the same excuse.....haven't heard anything. Not sure where to start. From the absolute lack of communication to the constant cash grab...this place is horrible. You can never get a hold of anyone in the Kingwood office as well as anyone in the finance office. They charge you for every phone call or email when you do actually get in contact with someone. I hired the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC to handle an uncontested probate for my late sister-in-laws estate in early 2025. From the start, communication was inconsistent and the process was repeatedly delayed. If i could leave a zero to the 100th power i would these epeople are a joke they set yuo a 30 min consultation to go over fees and they had taken the 1250 deposit i put down then tried to bill me for things they did not do after the sonsulation with the fees explained i emailed and told them i no longer want them to repeesent them they started invoicing fake billing! Im going to put a class action law suit on them this is terrible!!
Do NOT hire the brain fagan law firm!!! They are a complete scam. Will take your money and not do what you ask for. They assigned me a lawyer named ******** and she was absolute horrible!!!! Beware!
well i’ve had time to think about it, maybe Friday things will change and it’s always possible that what I ask for is done . my wife has gambled away a lot of money and I have gave them bank statements in folders separated by months and years so they have a chance to do the right thing. there is so much more to this story, . and i’ve been praying a lot. and don’t want to rude if they work with me. Disappointing Experience Poor Billing Practices.Dont give this company your bank account or credit card. They will bill for made up work.I hired this company to file appeal. On my behalf. I was wanting for an order to be signed. Then the appeal but the court hasnt issue the new ruling that I wanted to appeal. And to this day there still is not a sign order to appeal. Unfortunately, I can't select a zero star rating. Law Office of Bryan Fagan accepted my payment and led me down the wrong path of what I found out later to be a very basic process. I needed to add a division of asset (QDRO) to my finalized divorce decree that was mistakenly left off. These people told me I needed to process a Nunc Pro Tunc. I'm not a lawyer, so I did not dispute it.
