Get directionsThis law firm is very below average with the experience and ability of its lawyers as I had to review every document and financial statements which were routinely inaccurate and never identified by this staff. I highly recommend that you never use this firm since the Owner only gets involved at the very end to review and charge hours for no value add whatsoever. He is a joke and his direct hourly rate is inflated way beyond his ability and experience so avoid this company at all costs.
Yes a major Scam Artist!!!!! You will be investigated!!!!! Lots of money for nothing and still no uncontested Divorce!!!!
ZERO STARS!!! Total rip off of a law firm. Never answer or return calls and charge an arm and a leg if they happen to speak to you. Case is over and they won't close it so that they can keep charging us. Piece of crap of a law firm!!!!!
Like previous clients this is one of the worst lawyers you could hire. Hired them for a simple divorce that should of been done in 3 months but no. Process started the end of May and fired them the end of December due to getting no where in the case, on top of being ripped off THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. They bill you for every little thing and steal credit card information after being fired in writing. I went through 3 different lawyers within their office, one of which I never spoke with. If you can't keep lawyers on staff more ... read more
Please find another law firm. This one will charge your card for every single thing they do. Think about your case? Credit card charged! two second conversation with someone else about your case? Credit card charged! The credit card authorization is also the least ambiguous thing in the entire contract. According to their receptionist, Monique, you’re agreeing to pay for their staff’s turnaround time as well. So if you’re thinking about sending them an email and it takes them 3 days to respond? Credit card charged! It’s not ... read more
I contracted with this firm for the probate of my parent’s will. The attorney I met with was not a probate attorney but assured me the attorney that would handle the probate was seasoned. Four months and nearly $6000 later we had not even made it to court. The will was a simple one with no contesters, one beneficiary and one piece of property. I was charged for every text, email and even for when they had me review documents where they made errors and then was charged for them to correct their errors (multiple times). I was ... read more
No stars! They can’t respond back to you at all even with cell phone numbers or email. Went in February to hide for a fraudulent deed and was told they could help but after I gave info, it’s like they dropped off the face of the earth! And every attempt I made was NEVER given a call back or email reply! They should tell you up front they can’t help you instead of getting info and never responding or researching to help at all!
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Upon reviewing our records in response to your review, we have not been able to locate any communications from you regarding a case involving a fraudulent deed. Additionally, it’s important to clarify that our firm specializes in divorce and family law and does not handle real estate law matters. This discrepancy leads us to believe there may have been a misunderstanding or a mix-up with another firm. We understand how distressing legal issues can be, and it’s troubling ... read more
During my first call with Bryan Fagan he explained how I would be able to file for guardianship of my adult son (if I was able to locate him in Houston) and that I would be able to have control of his receiving treatment for his mental illness. I then learned from doctors in the Houston area that this was not even remotely true so I then stated to the law office not to proceed with any work on the case. In spite of this they continued to charge me for services and deducted the money that I had given them as a retainer even t... read more

In a nutshell, Shame on ME for not doing my homework!! I “found” this firm for my brother who needed a divorce attorney… $17,000 of our parents’ hard earned money ( because he is an ER nurse and didn’t have the $10,000 retainer fee) nothing has been finalized. As we began to question fees, unauthorized drafts from his acct., improperly filed documents… suddenly his legal team was “replaced” without his knowledge or consent. It’s a saga but bottom line is, we are preparing a complaint to the Board of Legal Counsel. I chose th... read more
Business response:
First and foremost, we want to express our deepest regret for any distress or dissatisfaction you and your family have experienced. It is deeply concerning to hear about your perception of our services, as it stands in stark contrast to our firm’s core values and the mission that Bryan Fagan has set out to achieve - to support individuals through their most challenging times with integrity and compassion. We take your feedback extremely seriously, and while we cannot address specific case details publicly due to confidentia... read more
