DO NOT USE! I would give zero stars if I could. They will nickel & dime you. They messed up on typing up our paperwork. I had told them Oregon drivers license, they wrote Texas license. We had to email them to correct their mistake. We had to pay for them to fix THEIR mistake and PAY for them to email us back saying they would fix it! ZERO STARS! I was lied to by Michelle ********, my intake person about how knowledgeable Megone ******* and Stephanie ********* were with Contested Probate cases. I was led to believe that they cared deeply about my situation and wanted help me seek justice for my dead parent's wishes. That was a lie! DO NOT HIRE BRYAN FAGAN LAW GROUP. Believe me when I tell you, this law firm is the reason people despise lawyers. Believe every review about them billing you excessively without authorization. All they care about is charging you and getting their money. I contacted them about modifying a child custody agreement. I hired them in July 2023 to get a guardianship for my nephew.They said it takes about 2 mo and cost $2500 and $500 a month Why did they charge $1000 one day $600 another day and $300 another day in August. They failed to fill the case in court until November 2023 It.been 1 year 5 months and still no paper.... When I paid them with a credit card the next day they tried to debt $1000. $500, $300. They do not do good work....I've spend $8000 and still do not have the paper.

This law firm is very below average with the experience and ability of its lawyers as I had to review every document and financial statements which were routinely inaccurate and never identified by this staff. I highly recommend that you never use this firm since the Owner only gets involved at the very end to review and charge hours for no value add whatsoever. He is a joke and his direct hourly rate is inflated way beyond his ability and experience so avoid this company at all costs.

ZERO STARS!!! Total rip off of a law firm. Never answer or return calls and charge an arm and a leg if they happen to speak to you. Case is over and they won't close it so that they can keep charging us. Piece of crap of a law firm!!!!!

Like previous clients this is one of the worst lawyers you could hire. Hired them for a simple divorce that should of been done in 3 months but no. Process started the end of May and fired them the end of December due to getting no where in the case, on top of being ripped off THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. They bill you for every little thing and steal credit card information after being fired in writing. I went through 3 different lawyers within their office, one of which I never spoke with.
