Ink Quality Problems I kept seeing gaps in the ink on the printed pages. I tried the recommended cleaning procedure on the printer several times and nothing worked. I noticed the cartridge did not have the usual orange cap on top when I opened it so I wonder if it was a genuine Brother product.
Terrible Ordered this black ink cartridge and it was received already opened. Terrible!
Defective product! The cartridge did not work. My Brothers printer error message states that there is no ink in cartridge. Don’t waste your money! Amazon will not replace it or allow a return. I just received it yesterday, so it should be returnable!!!!
They sent me empty cartridges!!! The cartridges were sealed in official Brother plastic wrap and in official Brother cartons. When I opened the first one I noticed the orange seal was missing but assumed it was stuck in the plastic pouch and went ahead and installed the cartridge. The printer would not recognize it. I though that I reinstalled the old one in error, but no, they sent me THREE unfilled black cartridges in perfectly sealed packaging. I will be seeking a refund.
DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGE When I opened the cartridge box the orange release cap was missing. When I inserted it into the printer it indicated to be less than 3/4 filled.
tends to clog and will no longer be useful I liked the ease of finding the cartridge. I did, however, not like that not long after installation the cartridge fouled and I could no longer print in black. I cleaned the heads but to no avail. I am not sure I would purchase the original again as the cost is probably not worth it.
Does not work with brother J6710DW model Ink leaked, won't fit into place in my printer
It doesn’t work I don’t know why it doesn’t come out any ink, it cannot print, it doesn’t work and also can’t return, it just wasted money to buy it .
Poor print quality I installed these in my printer and the print quality is awful...faint and inconsistent printing. Will try and clean it again as perhaps the cartridges were old as suggested in another review. If not they are getting returned!
