Received in good order Appears to be printing well.
Returned for other reasons I returned this because my girlfriends printer would still not work even after the cartridge was replaced. The ink system probably got clogged.
Doesn't last long The ink quality is great, but these cartridges don't last long before the ink runs out.
Buy this, the genuine Brother product - best value; cheap generic substitutes will disappoint you. Great print quality, and cartridge doesn't deplete quickly. Before this, I tried a cheap generic "brand x" substitute, and the cartridge was terrible. Watered down, diluted; patchy, faded printouts, and it evaporated somehow, leaving an empty cartridge after almost no printing use. Buy the Brother product. Like toothbrushes, a good brand is worth the extra money in the long term.
Poor quality Buying this ink along with the package of colored ink was a wast of money. VERY poor print quality. I will never buy ink on Amazon again. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND PAPER.

Not what I ordered I ordered color ink cartridges and this black cartridge for my Brother printer. The cartridge I received did not fit my printer at all.
Poor ink quality I have never had an issue with Brother products until i purchased this ink online. Brand new cartridge and quality is unreadable. Followed all of the cleaning procedures with no luck. Disappointed as ink is not cheap.
