They did exactly what they said they would do on the day and time we scheduled for! Very pleased with the installation with just this one caveat: y'all need to wear shoe covers especially when installing the outside unit where mud is, either that or install the RO first before you get the mud on your boots. We're very happy with the water quality now after decades of extremely hard water with countless losses of appliances because of that hard water!
