I am beyond fed up with my system. My previous system was flawless for 30 years. When it needed to be replaced I went with leaf. Big mistake. System hasnt worked since it was installed 3/12/25. They have been out 4 times and always say its fine after testing outside water not whats in the house. I showed them what the dried up water looked like and they ignored it and said its fine. Buyer's beware! The system doesn't work right and they won't come out to service it or remove it for a refund. This has been going on for 3 weeks now and we just get the run around, now it's time to contact the police for theft and fraud.

The new Leaf Home Water Solutions water softener and carbon filtration combo that I purchased and had installed has not worked properly. Instead of producing clean drinking water it often literally generated salt brine out of the tap. Due to health concerns, for a time I had to purchase bottled water in order to have safe drinking water. I contacted the company over a half dozen times when it produced salt brine, and each time a technician would come to my home and by all appearances worked diligently to resolve the issue. I would leave negative stars if I could. The sales person sold us the best system they. Told us in writing how this system would take care of everything we had issues with. Sulfur smell and TDS were high, ecoli bactieria was high. Well here we are, $20,000 system and still have rotten eggs smell from faucets and the ** they put under the kitchen sink for drinking water still has high TDS. called for help, they came out, looked at the system noted my smell and taste, left and now I had to call again, nope not coming, they say... read more

From the point the Salesman came out and saw my water in the bathtub and stated no one should drink or bathing this kind of water. The salesman was told the only treatment to the community well was they have a water softener system only.$5130 for the unit and installed 12/2025. Water was amazing until 3/2026. Call into the appointment line I was able to get an appointment April. Lies! They installed the Leaf Home Water Solution System in my garage.1. **************** is not service at all! Youre on hold for hours. They want you to fix it. 2. It hasnt operated correctly since the day they installed the system. Does not drain. 3. I use to have cold water coming out of my cold tap before it was installed - its hot now because water sits in the brine heats up because my garage is hot. My plumbing runs through my attic so super hot. Did I mention it never drains. I have called sat on the phone for hours.... read more

I have a Whole House System and called to have the unit serviced. I was given an appointment for two days later between 8am and 11am, I stayed home. Technician never came, at about 5:15 I received a telephone call from the Tech, asking if he could come over right then and there, I declined, he then scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11am and noon, I again stayed home NO SHOW. This company charged me $7000 for a water system to filter well water /hard water . The ***************** assured me I wouldnt have any sulfur smell I called and no one returns my call from the service department. They never told me I had an annual filter change of $200. I dont recommend this company ..very poor customer service and unprofessional Sales **** I still have to filter my water in my house. Their company should be closed due to their ***********************
