We had an older water system that wasnt working properlywe wanted one that would be SAFE to drinkTHIS SYSTEM Not only fit the bill but our BUDGET. We got FAST CLEAN KNOWLEDGEABLE INSTALLATION with a WONDERFUL RESULTS. I NO LONGER THINK ABOUT GUTTERS WITH LEAF FILTER BUT THE BEST WATER SYSTEM AROUND.

Install was quick and clean ! Installer was great ! Personal sale rep. could have done a better job . He was too pushy for my taste . The follow up call and negotiation is what sold me .

Great experience in water treatment. Man came out a few days after the initial sales meeting. He installed the system and made our tap water safe to sting, rotten egg smel gone, and water spots are gone. I had occasion to call them back three times for a better understanding of the system. Technician took me through how the system actually works. He even told me how to manually operate the system if need. Very nice company to deal with!

After enquiring about information about the water systems I got a quick response and made an appointment with a sales rep. *** to an unexpected health issue I was unable to meet with the sales rep, but my wife did. She felt that she was pressured into making an immediate decision. The water system itself is fine, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. The salesman who sold us our reverse osmosis water filter was incredibly pushy and made several promiseswhich I have in writingthat he ultimately could not keep. Unfortunately, the company refused to honor what we were *********** make matters worse, the company was incredibly difficult to reach by phone and repeatedly failed to respond to messages.
