Had issues with using too much salt from the start. Took multiple calls to get reset. Then discovered the hose from the salt tank was flowing right under my shed where system was located. had to replace with longer hose to a safer distance away from shed. Then started having regeneration issues again. Found out I needed head replaced as sediment had entered head. Then was told i needed a sediment filter and was not told that up front. LF recommended a water filter from Lowes which cost over $80 and another $150 to install. W... read more

In 2025, I purchased a whole-home water treatment system and reverse osmosis system from Leaf Home Water Solutions. From the day of installation, the reverse osmosis system failed to perform as advertised. It was represented as producing approximately 2.5 gallons of filtered water but has never produced anywhere near that amount.When the financing company contacted me to verify satisfactory installation, I reported that the system was not functioning properly. In Dec of 2024 I had a Leaf system installed. Shortly after the filter cracked and water was running all over. I called the person who installed the system and he said I would have to call the company since he quit and doesn't work for them any longer. That problem was taken care of. In April of 2026 (current year) I'm a widow and my neighbor helps me put salt in. When he did he heard a beeping noise and told me to take a look. There was no water or salt left in the brine tank. Don't do it!!! My only word of advice. We have this in our household for a year and it has been nothing but problems. The water is now salty and not drinkable. We have an osmosis water system and can't even drink the water. Our sink is stained with white spots and so are my bottles items in my shower. They come out and adjust the water system, each technician says something different. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY! I wish I could get my money back and go back to my old system. So disappointing.

I doubt this is a real water solutions company. Its simply a referral service. They install the systems wrong and its impossible to reach them for service calls.

I have had this system for a little over a year. At first seemed like a great water filter system. #1 When it regens you have to run your water for at least 10-15minutes to get all the salty water out. #2Now trying to get someone on the phone to get the yearly maintenance done is just crazy (after they said they will automatically set it up so I wouldn't have to remember That was a LIE!! ) #3 Trying since a day ago to get appointment, I called, e-mailed and try to call the installation manager and can't get ahold of anyone. ... read more

The service is terrible, to get the maintenance service I had to wait two weeks at least to finally get someone to come and do it, they give you a time frame from 8-12 but they do not show up, sometimes they contact you to say "I am running behind" but eventually did not show up and not even bother to let you know, in several occasions the service person kept changing my dates, and not showing up without notifying - now the person left a leak that after few weeks has picked up and i have been trying to get someone to come an... read more

Worst customer service ever. Can't keep employees different person ever time you call or need service. Ridiculous price for system and 400+ dollars a year to service. Can't get parts for the damb thing because they are exclusive through them . Biggest waist of money I have ever gotten roped into.
