Michael at Nile’s levin wasn’t a salesman, he listened to our needs and we went from looking around to our next bed later , to getting the bed we need today. Our salesperson Hannah was excellent, she was so helpful, explaining options and financing. The young guys that delivered the mattress were so nice, they are quick and neat, and very helpful. However my e-mail indicated you'd be here between 10:40 and 1:40, and they appeared at 7:09 AM before I was even awake, which I didn't appreciate.
