First, Mark met us at the door with a smile and asked us how we were and what we were looking for that he could help us with. We told him, he pointed us to the direction and gave us the perfect amount of time, always being available for consult but not hovering. There were a lot of rude and demanding customers there. Hannah was great. She didn’t pressure into buying anything we didn’t want. She listened to us about our mattress needs and she was well educated on both mattress’s and pillows. Great sales woman!!!!!
