Rebecca. The absolute best gal there! My partner had bought me a ring out of state which I had for only a few days when I managed to loose a stone. I was able to find the stone and in a panic (since he was coming home the next day) called Levy and Rebecca assured me they can fix the ring and that it would be ready in the afternoon the next day. Great, friendly service. Not pushy. They want you to like and afford what you purchase. You tell them what you are looking for and they show you items from various brands and price ranges. They allow you to make the purchase and don't push things on you just to make a buck. I will definitely go there again. Brad was the salesperson who helped me and he is who I will look to whenever I go back. In the words of Siskell & Ebert, 2 thumbs up!
