Great, friendly service. Not pushy. They want you to like and afford what you purchase. You tell them what you are looking for and they show you items from various brands and price ranges. They allow you to make the purchase and don't push things on you just to make a buck. I will definitely go there again. Brad was the salesperson who helped me and he is who I will look to whenever I go back. In the words of Siskell & Ebert, 2 thumbs up!
My fiance and I have been searching for the perfect engagement ring and were not impressed with either the selection or the service at several jewelry stores we had shopped previously. Our decision to go to Levy Jewelers changed everything! Lauren Cummings was absolutely fantastic to work with and she went out of her way to help us to find the perfect ring! I have shopped at the downtown store multiple times and its always been a great experience. I have bought gifts for weddings, birthday's, baby showers and anniversaries. They are friendly, helpful and always personally wrap my gifts. They have a custom engraving shop at the back of the store that does jewelry and gifts. I highly recommend stopping in!
I traded in some jewelry some of which came from Levys, some that had not. My experience was excellent, Jackie was great in assisting me in finding what I wanted. Lowell was great to work with in appraising the jewelry I was trading. Can't say enough good things about my experience.
