I have shopped at the downtown store multiple times and its always been a great experience. I have bought gifts for weddings, birthday's, baby showers and anniversaries. They are friendly, helpful and always personally wrap my gifts. They have a custom engraving shop at the back of the store that does jewelry and gifts. I highly recommend stopping in!
I traded in some jewelry some of which came from Levys, some that had not. My experience was excellent, Jackie was great in assisting me in finding what I wanted. Lowell was great to work with in appraising the jewelry I was trading. Can't say enough good things about my experience.
