Cozy apartment in the heart of a city! Our 1 bedroom place has been lovely! We have a second story apartment with a huge tree right outside our window that gives us lots of privacy! Plus all of our neighbors are very polite and welcoming. We have had no noise issues and our dog seems very comfortable as well. Our living space was big enough to make a family room and study area. Lexington Village Accessible to shopping and needs. Low Rent for the area and not so closed in.
lexington Village They are steadily improving. They are on top if request and doing their best to keep the community involved. My only downfall is my particular apartment was in the back and seems to be last in line to fix up on the inside. The halls are quite embarrassing less say at the least. They still wanted to increase my rent by 80 dollars a month. I am moving. But overall layout choices are nice. love being so close to everything
Nice first apartment These apartments are great for your first apartment! Very small and cozy and you only pay rent and electricity! You are walking distance from EVERYTHING you name it (movies, shopping centers, multiple restaurants, park, library, ect) you can have animals for you animal lovers and the neighbors are great! Don't miss out
Apartment Review Two floors, 8 apartments per building, and over 10 buildings on the lot. No clubhouse (should be renovated sometime in 2016), poor security (but improving), and location is o.k. But all in all, its a great place to live if you want decent priced apartments, fully furnished and clean, and all in a walking distance of Oakland mall and the surrounding stores. Your located very close by to a school and the I-75 exits and entrances; also it is only about a 8 minute drive to the heart of royal oak.
Clean and friendly neighbors! I was pleasantly surprised when we moved in by this apartment complex! Our carpet looked like new and the kitchen floor was replaced just before we moved in! The staff was very helpful when moving in and the neighbors have been accommodating, friendly and kind! Which is huge for an apartment building! Very happy so far Apartments are nice with a large living room decent sized bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen is small but nice. I've only lived here about a month but I love the location it's near just about everything.
