Verified Renter Overall, the staff are nice at Lexington and the location is convenient. However, the conditions of the apartment building itself could use more updates. The building needs a paint refresh because it looks dingy. The front door is broken off the henges so it swings open all the time. The building always smells like trash. One of our neighbors never cleans up behind his/her pets and leaves trash in the hallway all the time. Verified Renter Lexington Village is very close to where I work. That is what has been very beneficial to me. Lexington Village is very old complex and it is very untidy. Worn carpets, laundry room downstairs in units are very damp, mold smelling. There doesn't seem to be any patrolling of the property. People come and dump in our dumpsters, etc.

Verified Renter Find somewhere else unless it is your last resort
Paper thin walls, joke maintenance Can legit hear my upstairs neighbors open a plastic bag upstairs that's how thin the walls are. Every step they take is a creak and thud in the middle of the night 2 am, 3 am, 4 am. Most tenants are college aged kids with no solid job so have time to make noise all night. Previous tenant of my unit broke her lease and moved that's how loud and disruptive it was for her family to live here. Verified Renter My kitchen flooded due to a week of negligent maintenance calls, and the building did nothing but tell me it was my fault. If you’d like to live in an apartment complex that gaslights you for your maintenance issues, this is the perfect place for you.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE! So many reasons to live somewhere else. This place is horrible. The floors and walls are paper thin and neighbors harass you for walking, the people in the leasing office are RUDE and tell other tentants business. I cannot wait to move out of here.

Verified Renter This place is poorly built. The flooring and walls are awfully thin to the point that I’m being harassed by the neighbor below me for simply walking! I cannot wait to move!!!

Verified Renter This place is truly worse month after month. First the showroom looks nothing like what we got. Also, maintenances never comes out and when I call back I hear the same story of we never received a call from you. I have had my mail stolen several times and nothing done about it. If people come to fix something it looks worse than before.
