Warning: Look elsewhere At first move in these apartments were really nice but within 3 months everything went downhill. The building I was in had bed bugs and roaches and the exterminator people didn’t do a good job because they never went away. I couldn’t sleep in my apt for over a month while the “exterminated” my unit which was an inconvenience. The office people didn’t seem to care enough to help and they had the audacity to ask me if I brung them!!! I did not, the entire unit was infested and I moved out in 9 months. I... read more

Verified Renter Absolutely the worst apartment I have ever rented. Do not move here.
Going downhill These apartments where so nice when I first moved in. It’s never any parking. They let abandon cars sit there for months. Entry door never locks and always broken. People leave trash all in the parking lot

Verified Renter This isnt the worse place Ive experienced and I do like the area we live in. There are a few things that need to be fixed but I never have had issues with anyone in the building and the apartment itself minus the few issues is comforting. The heat works great, the appliances work great and the kitchen has very nice cabinets and counter tops. My gf and I have enjoyed living here we just have had problems with the pest issue. When everything is smoothed out itll be almost perfect.

Wouldn’t Recommend This apartment complex is affordable but you get what you pay for. The pool that is advertised didn’t open until July. The model you will see will look nothing like your actual apartment. The hallways are disgusting,dirty and smelly. They do not respond to complaints at all and if they do, they’re rude about it. The neighbors in my building are slobs and leave trash everywhere. They also never let anyone know about repairs. Our water has been shut off about 4-5 times without notice. I cannot wait to move.

Very rude leasing employees I called to inquire about a one bedroom unit for myself and a two bedroom for my sister and the staff was very disrespectful. There are many reviews about the extremely rude staff. They obviously don’t know how to deal with the public so Please hire different workers!!!

Verified Renter Buildings are not kept clean. Halls are dirty. Property is not kept up. Leasing office employees are rude and unprofessional. No notice is given in advance when water is shut off for repairs.

Very Poor Customer Service and Deceptive Marketing This apartment complex has some of the most disrespectful staff that you could possibly deal with. Whenever trying to sign a lease they give you a very short window that you are NOT told up front about to finish the leasing process otherwise they collect your application fee. They do not have prompt communication and the salesman I worked with was not respectful whatsoever over the phone but put on a happy face in person to rent out their units.
