salespeople are the best The salespeople at Lexus of Tacoma (we ended up having 3 because it took 7 months for our car to come in--a NX350h) were all very kind, courteous and helpful. Bill White went the extra mile in getting me my first-choice color. And Pablo was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting us set up when the car finally arrived. Customer service My salesperson Chris Roberts did an excellent job keeping me updated on the status of our car. When the car was delivered he and Griffen did an excellent job going over the car and getting us ready with all the applications.
Buy a used car I came to know that this store sells used cars, and the employees in contact with the store are more enthusiastic, and I feel the same service in Lexus stores around the world. Talk about a car in a short time, and the later service and reply can also be given 8 points.
