20K mile service on 2017 RX350 I was promised that the work would be about an hour and a half. I was in and out within an hour. The coffee, beverages, fresh fruits and pastries were a nice surprise. Thanks.
Excellence in service The service people did exactly as they were asked to do. I had left a small light on and the battery did not hold up. They tested and replaced it for the same price as a comparable battery at a parts store. Then they washed and vacuumed the car, all in the same time the part store would.
